We ship within 24 hours
At Nuni Copenhagen, we always work on shipping within 24 hours. We send all jewelry in a nice box and pack securely in a bubble envelope or box.

Free delivery
We offer free delivery throughout Denmark to the nearest parcel shop regardless of the size of the order.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time of order and are delivered within 1-3 working days. If you want home delivery, this can be chosen by the basket for a small fee of 6,- EURO.
Delivery to all EU countries costs 15,-€ and is free for purchases over 150,-€
Delivery to Norway and the rest of the world costs 25,- € and is free for purchases over 200,- €

Order confirmation
Immediately after you have ordered an item, you will receive an order confirmation. Here you can see which items you have purchased.

Shipping
You will within 24 hours after placing your order receive a confirmation of shipment of the item including a tracking number. If you have chosen free delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking number for GLS. It may take some time from receiving the tracking number until you can search for it. If you have chosen home delivery, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to Postnord.

You can follow your package all the way via the tracking number you receive by email.

Return
If you regret your purchase for one reason or another, you have at Nuni Copenhagen, 30 days full return right. Returns are made at the buyer's expense. The jewelry must be unused and returned in the original box.

Complaint
If a piece of jewelry purchased from nunicopenhagen.com unexpectedly has defects you can always exchange or return it free of charge.
Nuni Copenhagen provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act for extensive manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Jewelry in sterling silver that has been surface treated (eg gold plated) will wear over time. This means that the coating will wear off the more you use the jewelry. This is considered wear and tear and is not covered by the right of complaint.

Complaints about errors and defects must be notified to info@nunicopenhagen.com. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or by agreement if necessary. crediting.

Refund
Refunds are usually always made by bank transfe, the refunded amount is returned to the same Account / Card that completed the original purchase.
